I’m Caroline, and I’m a creative producer, director, and musician based in New York City. I have an eclectic background in data science and growth marketing, so I uniquely stand at the intersection between implementing healthy creative workflows and successfully meeting strategic expectations and KPIs. Because of my unconventional career journey, I specialize in packaging holistic campaign strategies (digital, in-person, photo, video, technology) for clients, and then assembling the right teams to execute the vision from start to finish.
I am fascinated by human motivation and what drives people to feel engaged with certain types of content, especially in today’s cultural climate. I am also passionate about increasing Asian American visibility and I enjoy tapping into the vast network of AAPI creatives for my projects.
